How to Apply Online for GEPCO Electricity Connection?

The Ministry of Energy (Power Division) operates the centralized ENC System (Electricity New Connection) which allows consumers to submit new meter connection applications online without visiting GEPCO division offices.

Required Documents Checklist:

  • Applicant CNIC: Scanned copy of valid National Identity Card (Front & Back).
  • Property Ownership Proof: Registry document, allotment letter, or rent agreement deed.
  • Neighbor's Reference Bill: Copy of adjacent neighbor's GEPCO bill showing nearby reference number.
  • NOC (if tenant): No Objection Certificate from property landlord.
  • Witness CNIC Copy: Attested CNIC copy of one witness.

Step-by-Step ENC Application Procedure

  1. Visit Official ENC Portal: Access enc.com.pk and select GEPCO under the DISCO dropdown list.
  2. Select Connection Type: Choose connection Category (Single Phase Domestic, Commercial A-2, or Industrial B-1).
  3. Fill Consumer Form: Enter full applicant name, CNIC number, mobile number, property installation address, and nearest sub-division office.
  4. Upload Scanned Attachments: Upload clear PDF/JPEG scans of your CNIC, property ownership document, and neighbor bill copy.
  5. Submit & Print Form: Click submit and save your unique Application Tracking ID number.
  6. Pay Demand Notice: Once GEPCO field inspectors verify site feasibility, a Demand Notice voucher will be generated. Pay the demand notice fee at any designated bank branch.
